Additional information:

The wagon is used with folded-out bolsters for transporting heavy rolled steel sections and other bulky goods. With the bolsters folded in, i.e. with a level loading deck, it is also suitable for transporting heavy tracked vehicles. Drop ends that can be driven on are provided for loading and unloading such vehicles.

The wagon bridge is a welded frame structure with main components made of S355J2. The main loads are absorbed by the outer solebars. The headstock and underframe are designed in such a way that the automatic coupler can be installed later without major modifications.

The floor is made of pine planks measuring 70 x 200 mm; it can take a wheel load of 5.0 t. There are six split, folding bolsters built into the floor, along with six lashing points on each long side. Twenty-six lashing rings are attached to the side solebars.

The vehicle has six removable stanchions on each long side and six additional stanchion shafts, allowing for variable placement of the stanchions. Two retractable (fold-down) stanchions are located at each end face. The end walls can be folded down.
Some of the wagons are equipped with a ground-operated parking brake.
