    Additional information:

The wagon is used for transporting heavy rolled steel sections as well as other bulky and heavy goods, vehicles and bulk goods.

It does not have any folding bolsters. Because of its low floor height, it can also be used to transport containers.

Two lowerable stanchions are positioned in front of each of the folding drop ends. The wagon can be driven with the drop ends folded down and the stanchions lowered. The height of the folded-down drop ends above top of floor is 38 mm. There are eight swivel stanchions on each long side of the wagon and a total of 18 lowerable lashing devices in the floor. With the side walls folded down, the wagon can only be transported with an infringement of the loading gauge.

The floor is made of pine planks measuring 48 x 180 mm. It can take a wheel load of 5.0 t. Some of the wagons are equipped with a ground-operated parking brake. The wagons have a block brake with stepless, independent load-proportional braking. The braking force is controlled individually for each bogie. In each bogie there is a WM 10 load-proportional valve and a double brake cylinder. The distributor valve is located in the wagon underframe.
