Article: Rils 652
Bogie flat wagon with four wheelsets, with sliding tarpaulin cover, but without stanchions. The tarpaulin cover means the wagon can be used to transport goods that must be kept dry. The cover is characterised by simple handling requiring one-man operation, easy movement and central locking. When the cover is fully open, three-quarters of the loading area is exposed.
Please note: Type is similar to the wagon in the photo. For exact dimensions, please refer to the drawing and the data below.

Additional information:
The wagon can be used to transport goods that must be kept dry.
On each long side of the wagon there are 15 lashing rings on the outer solebar and four lashing rings on the inner sides of each end wall. Furthermore, there are ten retractable lashing devices in the floor on each long side. Side slats mounted on the floor prevent the cargo from shifting sideways.
The tarpaulin roof can be pushed together at one end of the wagon to such an extent that approximately two-thirds of the loading area is exposed for loading. The wagon may only be operated with the tarpaulin roof closed and locked. The wagon is covered with a PVC-coated fabric tarpaulin, which rests on 18 tubular frames. The tarpaulin roof can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the wagon by means of carriages. The tarpaulin roof is locked to the end walls by means of a three-point locking system in the Rils 652.0 type. Each locking point must be locked individually. The Rils 652.1 type wagons are equipped with a three-point central locking system that can be operated both from the ground and from the platform.
The end walls consist of the two outer and two middle end pillars and a frame profile to accommodate the rubber seal. The metal panels are made of 3 mm plates.
