Additional information:
The wagon is used for transporting heavy rolled sections and other bulky and heavy goods as well as vehicles and bulk goods.
It does not have any folding bolsters. Because of its low floor height, it can also be used to transport containers.
Two lowerable stanchions are positioned in front of each of the folding end walls. The wagon can be driven with the end walls folded down and the stanchions lowered. The height of the folded-down drop ends above top of floor is 38 mm. The wagon has eight swivel stanchions on each of the long sides and a total of 18 lowerable lashing devices in the floor. With the side walls folded down, the wagon can only be transported with an infringement of the loading gauge. The floor is made of pine planks measuring 48 x 180 mm. It can take a wheel load of 5.0 t. Some of the wagons are equipped with a parking brake that can be operated from the ground.
