Two-part, permanently coupled freight wagon unit with four wheelsets, two-part aluminium sliding walls and a lockable partition wall for each single freight wagon.

For delicate loads: these covered freight wagons stand out particularly thanks to their large load volume and movable and lockable partitions, which guarantee optimum securing of loads.

Please note: Type is similar to the wagon in the photo. For exact dimensions, please refer to the drawing and the data below.

Additional information:

The wagon unit consists of two permanently coupled Hbins-tt 292, which cannot be separated during operation. The main brake pipe is connected at the fixed coupling point by a continuous, raised brake hose connection (without brake shut-off cocks and coupling heads). The wagon unit is designed for transporting automotive parts in stillages. The single freight wagons are constructed according to reference profile G2 (EBO), but exceed this reference profile in the exterior roof area. The wagon unit is therefore not RIV-capable and can only be used on codified routes with profile P/C 400 and larger. An exemption exists for this in accordance with Section 22 of the EBO. Sidings must be checked for clearance before driving over them. The single freight wagon has a sliding wall system guided by rollers at the top and bottom. During the opening and closing process, the wall is guided parallel to the wagon body. The locking system corresponds to that of the Hbillns 302. The actuating devices for the sliding walls are located on the end walls. The sliding walls are made of aluminium, are smooth-running and have smooth inner walls. When moved, they free up the entire space between the central pillar and the end wall. In the closed position, the sliding walls form a labyrinth-like seal with the wagon body frame.

To secure the load, the wagon unit has a lockable partition in each single freight wagon, which can be moved and locked up to 2 m from the end wall. The partitions are arranged in the centre of each unit.
