Freight wagon with two wheelsets, two-part aluminium sliding walls, six lockable partitions and thermal insulation.

This high-capacity wagon is equipped with sliding walls that can be moved by a single person. When open, the entire wagon loading area can be accessed from both sides.
This allows the wagon to be loaded and unloaded using forklift trucks either from a platform or from ground level. This wagon is fitted with "lockable partition" transport guards that enable different kinds of highly sensitive goods to be properly protected when being transported. The transport guards allow the interior of the wagon to be divided up into individual compartments. The loading area and loading space are reduced proportionally to the size of the built-in transport guard. The lockable partitions engage with rows of holes set into the wagon floor and on the top chord.

Please note: Type is similar to the wagon in the photo. For exact dimensions, please refer to the drawing and the data below.

Additional information:

  • This wagon is a Hbbillns 305 vehicle retrofitted with loading space insulation.
  • It is fitted with six "lockable partition" transport guards. The loading space is completely insulated with rigid polyurethane foam and polystyrene.
  • The end walls are covered with plywood boards to protect the insulation. The sliding walls have partial seals to reinforce the insulating effect.
  • The wagon is intended for transporting palletised or other part loads that are sensitive to cold, such as chemical products or foods.
