Additional information:
Featuring proven container wagon design, the wagon is intended for transporting containers on the trains used in combined full-container-load transport.
The side solebars of the wagon have fixed and folding spigots for fixing the load units (according to UIC Leaflet 592-1 and 2) in various combinations for each intended loading position (see loading diagram).
The underframe consisting of two wagon halves is a torsionally flexible, welded frame construction made of rolled steel and sheet metal sections, formed by the headstocks, the pivot bolsters and the outer solebars.
There is a step-over facility in the middle of the wagon.
The connection of the two halves of the wagon consists of a spherical plain bearing and lateral sliders. The wagon bears the inscription "Vorsichtig rangieren" ("Manoeuvre with care").
