Four-part, closed double-deck car carrier with eight wheelsets. The vehicle is used to transport passenger cars while keeping them protected from the weather, and the completely enclosed construction also offers protection against vandalism.
The closed double-decker car carrier unit consists of two semi-permanently coupled two-axle vehicles.
Due to its length of 54 m, this special wagon has a particularly high load capacity. Its noise level during loading is also significantly lower compared with open car carrier wagons, meaning that it also protects the environment. Electro-hydraulic operation and continuous interior lighting on both loading decks significantly improve working conditions at places of loading and unloading.
The wagons are intended for deployment in block trains and cannot be used unrestricted in all countries due to their structural dimensions.
